Cooke Real Estate School is Saddened by the Passing of our Instructor Steve Nelson

Steve joined our firm in September 2006. Steve was so very knowledgeable, and had a wonderful ability to present course material to students on many various topics in the real estate industry. He always presented himself in a very professional and caring manner.
Over the last 13 years Steve was our lead online course presenter / instructor as we grew from offering online video streaming courses to over 15 states and the District of Columbia.
On course evaluations, Steve received many wonderful statements from his students, thanking him for their success. Here is just a few of hundreds of students’ comments:
